It's official! Ladie Killerz #5 is being held on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th + Sunday 29th April in Perth/Fremantle, Western Australia. Friday night is exhibition night, whilst the wall production will commence Saturday and continue Sunday. More details will be released as venue and wall confirmations roll in, but in the meantime check out the deals available on flights and accommodation.

OK peeps!! we're officially putting the call out to all ladies who wish to be involved with next years graffiti jam, art exhibition, + workshops program. We're applying for some funding, so fingers crossed we get to fly some of you over to Perth!

LADIE KILLERZ #4

A NATIONAL EVENT CELEBRATING
FEMALE GRAFFITI ARTISTS
29th April – 1st May 2011
Melbourne, Australia

The Ladie Killerz event is essentially a program of events spanning across 3 days, showcasing woman in hiphop and in particular graffiti. Confirmed aerosol artists currently number at 25 (with ladies traveling from; Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, + Adelaide,) and many more female artists are submitting work into the art exhibition.

Friday 29th April is the opening night, kicking off with an art
exhibition and sale at the One Five Faction. DJs on the night,
Plutonic Lab and DJ Ernest, will be spinning a selection of hip
hop, dub, funk and soul from 6pm - 9pm.

Saturday 30th April comprises of the workshop program,
market stall, block party, and of course the commencement of
the graffiti production mural. Ladie Poise (WA) + Ishk (SA) will
conduct graffiti workshops from 10am-midday. Market stalls,
featuring a range of arts and crafts from local and interstate
artisans, (as co-ordinated by Nicole Tattersall,) from 10am-
3pm. Block Party featuring an all female lineup including DJs
Alexandra, Avant Garde, Tuffy, Joske the Hater and the Lady
Fingers Crew featuring: Ms Ja, DJ Selectress + DJ Et Cetera from 5-11pm.

Sunday 1st May is the last day for the ladies to complete the
graffiti production wall. BBQ, beats and beers! 10am-6pm
